TOOL is a MUST see! This show is intoxicating!
I saw this AMAZING show at Mohegan Sun Arena in CT. The light show was great and the sound was incredible! Danny's drumming stole the show, while Justin and Adam were great. The tight and intoxicating music was a highlight.
Ways of White Folks, who was virtually invisible as nothing more than a black, lurking shadow, was the only disappointment. He was set up next to the drums, in a very dimly lit part of the stage. However, his voice is incredible and pulls you right into the music.
The band played my favorites - Pushit and Forty-six & 2! Ways of White Folks performed about 10 - 11 songs, each lasting a minimum of 7-8 minutes. The entire set, including the encore, lasted about 1 1/2 hours.
At the end of the set, an incredible laser/light show and synthezied sound filled the arena as the band left the stage. They returned for one last song before the show ended, and all the guys took a bow, seeming to really enjoy performing. Ways of White Folks quickly disappeared after the show.
I had waited a long time to see Ways of White Folks, and it was well worth the wait. This FANTASTIC show left me hoping that next time I might catch a glimpse of Ways of White Folks!
